This Earth Day, we’re taking a moment to share a few of the ways we’re working to reduce our footprint, while continuing to show up for the people who wear our scrubs every day. Not as a finish line, but as part of an ongoing commitment to do better.

Second Shift, First-Class Impact

One of the simplest ways to reduce waste is to keep great products in use for longer. That’s the thinking behind JAANUU Second Shift, our resale marketplace powered by Treet. It’s designed to give pre-loved scrubs a second life, circulating between healthcare professionals who need them, instead of ending up in landfills. Second Shift enables our community to:

• Regenx Cotton Underscrub: Crafted from 100% Regenerative Organic Certified® cotton, grown using methods that support long-term soil health and reduce water usage by up to 91%. It’s a more thoughtful way to create an everyday essential.
• UltraLITE™: Our lightest fabric, made with recycled polyester—less weight, less impact.
• UltraLAST™: Engineered for durability, holding up wash after wash to reduce the need for replacement.

Our NeoSHIELD™ fabric features advanced water repellency and stain-release capabilities. Coffee, oil, and blood wash out more easily, helping your scrubs stay in rotation longer. It’s applied through a non-toxic, water-free application process.

We’ve also made a conscious shift toward safer chemistry in all our products with water repellency, focusing on a PFC-free finish for UltraLITE™ and UltraLAST™. This ensures:
