We hope you love your Jaanuu scrubs. If you’re not completely satisfied, we will do all we can to make it right. We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged Jaanuu items within 30 days of purchase. Please create and print a return label within 30 days from the date you originally received it in new, unused condition, with no signs of use or wear.
All returns must include the item(s) with all original tags attached, return label and packing slip. Once the return is shipped back, the package can be tracked using the RMA number found on your account page. Go to My Account > Orders & Returns.
Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. Your package will be reviewed and returned to you at your expense. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit or exchange will be processed.

Once your return package arrives, it is processed within 2-3 weeks. While in transit, the status of the return shipment can be tracked using the RMA number and tracking information. Additionally, refunds may only be issued to the original credit card on file. If the card is no longer in use, please contact your bank on how to retrieve the credit.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item via our standard return process and then order the new desired item. We will pay standard return shipping costs within the U.S. to deliver your new item. For returns from Canada, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If you used a coupon for the original order and would like to get the same price for the exchanged item in the new order, please contact email@example.com with your order numbers.
Collections that are limited edition may be available on our website for a limited time only. Exchanges on limited edition items will be based on quantities and sizes available while supplies last.
