I'm 5'3 & 110 lbs and this top fits great for me in xs! It is a bigger/baggy top which is what I wanted.

Love the fit let’s me move around , bend over twist and turn I do X-rays all day , small , I could’ve used an xs but I like comfort, I’m happy with fit over all , with alterations to the top so you can’t see my boobs it looks great

I didn’t like the way this top fit, but also ordered too big. I liked the simplicity of it so wi probably order a size small next time.

I bought this top in white as well. For some reason the blue one I received was cut a little larger. But it's all good. It's very comfortable.

I isually wear an xl in other sizes but this one fit me way bigger and it doesnt seem so flattering the neck atea also looks way to big

This top doesn't feel super functional for a nurse working in an ICU. I have to wear at least a tank top or cami under this shirt or else whenever I bend over for patient care everyone can see down my shirt. It fits very loose and baggy, which is the style and I understand that. Perfect, cute, stylish shirt if you are working behind a desk or in a position that is not at all physical.
