We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged Jaanuu items within 30 days of purchase. Original tags must be attached. Go to My Account > Orders & Returns to create the return label (US Only).

Once your return package arrives, it is processed within 2-3 weeks. While in transit, the status of the return shipment can be tracked using the RMA number and tracking information. Additionally, refunds may only be issued to the original credit card on file. If the card is no longer in use, please contact your bank on how to retrieve the credit.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item via our standard return process and then order the new desired item. We will pay standard return shipping costs within the U.S. to deliver your new item. For returns from Canada, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If you used a coupon for the original order or would prefer to receive the exchange items once our warehouse receives your return, please contact email@example.com.
We currently offer shipping to Canada and have plans to expand coverage in the near future. Stay posted by joining our mailing list and following our social channels for updates.
Shipping to Canada is FREE for orders over $100 (order must total $100 or more after discounts are applied). Shipping to Canada for orders under $100 costs $9.95.
We do not offer free return shipping on any orders outside of the U.S. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Jaanuu for a refund.
All international import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient due upon delivery. All such charges are non-refundable through Jaanuu. Since duties and taxes vary by country and order contents, we are not able to provide an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
All sales are in USD.
Standard delivery generally takes 5-10 business days in the continental United States, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.**
Shipments to Canada generally arrive within 10-14 business days. International deliveries are made through Canada Post or UPS.
Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays.
**USPS standard ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and PR can take anywhere between 15 - 20 business days. We appreciate your patience.
Order details will be available in your My Account section. We send out two email notifications: one order confirmation email when the order is placed, and a second shipping confirmation email when the order is shipped. The second email includes tracking information for your order.

Please ensure that all information is correct before placing your order. Changes can only be made to an order within 30 minutes from when it was submitted. These changes can only be made during customer service business hours.
We do offer UPS 2-day Air Express. Expedited packages are subject to an additional charge, depending on weight of the package. Please note that for same day processing, we need orders to be made by 1 PM PST Monday through Thursday.

We recommend that you use non chlorine detergent, wash inside out, and machine wash on warm with like colors (no bleach!). Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Warm iron when needed.
Jaanuu gift cards may only be purchased by residents of the USA or Canada, and can only be redeemed online at jaanuu.com. No service fees or expiration dates apply. Upon redemption, the holder will receive store credit on his or her Jaanuu account for the amount stated on the gift card. Cards and credits cannot be redeemed for cash except when required by law. Contact Jaanuu at firstname.lastname@example.org to request replacement of a lost or stolen card or for any questions.
Only one promo can be applied to an order. Offers cannot be combined or stacked.
Discounts are valid on non-sale and sale items; however, they are not valid for gift card purchases.
After purchase of gift card, it will be sent to the recipient's email address on the specified delivery date with a redemption code. Once the email is received, the recipient will need to go to https://www.jaanuu.com/redeem to redeem the card with the code for store credit.
Store credits are automatically added to your order at checkout.
When a person (referrer) refers a friend (referee) via email the referee will receive a unique code. Once the referee clicks on “redeem now” option in the email, they will be able to use their code just like other promo codes at checkout towards their order of $75 or more. After the referee's purchase is completed successfully, the referrer will receive an email confirmation with a $25 off coupon (with no minimum).
